Re: wheelset choices - 50-60mm deep, 1400-1500g, bitex/novatec, sub $650
I like the specs on those farsport wheel sets or the ican.

I have a rim brake set from fitlite that are 1310g for 50mm and bitex 20-24.  They are 26 19mm inner.  They have a disc brake version. Im just offering these as a set to compare. They list the dt35 at 1490g and they say the novatec 411 are 30g lighter.

I too, would go Farsports over ICAN if only because I suspect ICAN simply sources wheels externally just to sell along their frames.   Whereas Farsports specializes in wheel manufacturing

Re: High end big brand OEM road rims 38/45/50mm on sale!!! Well, this time the third page is loading fine for me so hopefully, it's also working for everyone that messaged me.

Please continue to use this thread and disregard the other thread with this title. Sorry for the confusion.

Re: And the Winner is... Wow!  first time I've ever won something on an Internet forum in 20 or so years of surfing and it's a major item. 8)

This would be my first gravel bike (have ridden a lot of road and MTB bikes since the early '80s, never got into cyclocross or hybrids), so I have a lot of research ahead of me for sizing, groupset, and tire size.

Re: Chinese Roadbike Shop Shanghai The Shanghai Triathlon Club is partnered with WeCycle, which has two stores in Shanghai. I rented a bike from them for one of STC's races. 6k RMB deposit and 600 RMB for the weekend, if I remember correctly. But there's easily 20+ nice bike shops in Shanghai. You can search Apple Maps in English (without a VPN, I think, as opposed to Google Maps) for Giant and Trek and often see photos of the stores. Not to snub Bianchi, which has a small but high-end shop in the city, and Merida, and probably a couple others...Sorry to give you the "ask your phone" answer, but I've lived in a couple different places across Shanghai and outskirts. There are a good handful of flagship stores across the city, and there are also small local stores with great service. You might as well start with where you are in the city. (I'm out of the city right now, otherwise I'd offer to meet in person.) I hope that helps!

Re: Yuanan Carbon fiber wheelsets middle year discount promotion It's incredible how you guys go from best to beast in a couple of days.

Leon has always been correct with everyone and fulfilled the orders.

He left the company but don't you guys also change jobs? Yes, he was the face of the company on the forum but starting a fuzz because he doesn't answer in a couple of days or because the company asked you to wait because they need to go check  on Leon orders...

I get nothing from defending anyone but don't make a storm in a cup of tea. Leon, Peter, Longteng etc etc. Some days they take more time to answer sometimes less.
