Hi All
I am looking for carbon rims for mtb.
They must be:
- very light (xc/marathon use)
- asymmetrical
- internal width 27-28mm
- hookless
- tubeless ready
Any positive referral on some of the chinese vendor ?
Thank you!

Search button anyone? ;)

I've built several tough gravel wheel sets using XC rated rims from Nextie. Their exact models for a given description seem to change regularly but the selection seems pretty consistent. I regularly check offerings from Light Bicycle as well but don't use them much.
I don't think you'll find a Chinese rim supplier with anything close to Nextie's reputation and they have a great selection as well.

BTLOS M-i27AL

The lightest I've seen are the new LightBicycle rims at 250g, but they're pretty narrow by modern standards at 24mm internal.

Those BTLOS are the only others I've seen under 300g, and I think 27mm internal is a good spot for XC with a 2.35/2.4

Thank to all, so precious!
Nexties seems outstanding but also more expensive- expecially with the currect exchange rate usd/eur.
I will try BTLOS amd will keep you posted.
Thanks agaian!

Figure out what you want from Nextie and offer 30% less, they'll counter with a 20% discount. AFAIK, all of these companies try to make some money back in shipping. Expect to pay $50 or more for that.

What's wrong with these?

I have these speedsafe wheels. They are 25 inner 30 outer symmetrical. They have a bunch of hoops to choose from in their listings. Even assym.

I bought some btlos wheels and am very satisfied with the wheels and shopping experience. If I did it all over again, I would've saved up a little more for nicer hubs.

lightcarbon have a new line of rims that use graphine. they are very light and have a great rider weight rating. 310g for a 32mm outside rim. 120kg weight limit. I have not used them yet but just placed my order. Also very affordable.
