Hi
Yesterday I bought a carbon wheelset.
The seller is xmplay.
I were in contact with Bert since december,she's very cool.

We have been ok with a good price,and i'm waiting to receive it,after i will be able to test and write something about those wheels.

Rims are HR930C and hubs are novatec wieght is around 1500gr.


See you later here when i'll have more.

I think chinese waranty is a big problem.
Low cost---> low waranty.
I hope you will find an issue.

It's your point of view,not mine.
I did some research since weeks.
For this price we can find 1450-1550gr.

But,if someone is ok with this deal,j don't see any problem.

I cammanded my bike.
Merida ninety six 6000 29".

Thanks for all yours comments and help.

My next search is wheelsets crabone from china.
I'm in contact with xmiplay,they propose:
Novatec hubs 110*15/148*12, Pillar spokes, CN nipples, HR930C rims. weight is about 1450g/pair.
and price is $485/pair.

Is it good for you ?
I don't know the ximplay quality.

I'll come here time in time to read and later i'll buy a chinese carbone cx/gravel frame.

there is a big chance i buy a complete bike....perhaps in several years when chineses frames will have a moderner geo.

in a near future,i'll buy stem,handlebar,seatpost in carbone and wheelsets for my new MTB(which I do not have yet  :D ).

I am looking for a gravel / CX in a few months.....I am less difficult on the geo.

I read that in case of tailgating of the damper, the rear axle can come to touch the frame.
What do you think ?
Is there something to modify ?

Problem with FS is the Price.
Frame are more expensive.
And we have to add 1 suspension which cost too....
It's too high for my budget and i don't want a turney to save money
