Your BB instructions are for MTB splindles.
Cant find you crank specs but I assume it have a road spindle (shorter than mtb). So, you should use 1 spacer.

Titanium is much more expensive and harder to repair than steel. For who's looking for a cheap carbon frame I think a steel frame is a good alternative (for touring and bikepacking).
I have several bikes, including a carbon gravel and a 29er titanium hardtail converted into a "hybrid gravel".
HT 29er frames have a BB drop around 60mm with a suspension fork. With a carbon fork will be around 72mm, which is normal for a gravel bike.
Want the "perfect" frame? Order a custom made titanium =)

You can find another gravel frames with 50c tire clearance.
You cant get big tire clearance + short chainstays + 2x crank.
Who wants bikepacking/touring should consider a steel frame.
Gravel "hybrid" boost standard and wide BB? Get a mtb frame and a mtb carbon fork.

Its a Canyon Grail copy. The Grail's max tyre is 42mm (announced).

This is an Orbea Oiz 2023 clone. I know a lot of people who would like to have one. Check GMBN yt videos, they are raving about it.
I will try to sell one (or more) of my bikes to get one of this. For me, the geo its almost perfect for XCM and XCO.

Didn't you literally ask for suggestions on the mold in the original post?  ::)

He said:

By the way, we also accpet the customized mold production and painting job work.

If anyone have the advice or idea for this mold, feel free to reflect to us.

So, they accept custom molds production (I bet not cheap) and advices for this mold (already done), not changing the mold.

For me, I just want:
-Tight tolerances;
-Good bearings;
-Good hardware (bolts, axles, dropout, etc);

If possible:
-Cable routing NOT through headset.

Component Deals & Selection / Looking for carbon handlebar
« on: April 14, 2023, 10:00:44 AM »
I'm looking for a carbon handlebar for a road bike and the best (and actual) handlebar I tried its the Zipp SL70.

So, I'm looking for and normal or integrated stem/handlebar with:
Short reach (+-70mm)
Some drop (+-130mm)
A little outsweep (4~6ยบ)
Cable (and hydraulic hose) integration

Already searched but cant find any.. does anyone know a bar like this?

Thanks!

I trust real measurements (from Arno Knell) more than Carbonda.
Thanks for sharing. Can you also get the STA? (real and effective)

Fork: there's thousands like that, it's hard to find the exact one.
