You'll want a tool something like this (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000680311427.html?spm=a2g0o.detail.1000014.45.58d136fc3qFzmi&gps-id=pcDetailBottomMoreOtherSeller&scm=1007.33416.213724.0&scm_id=1007.33416.213724.0&scm-url=1007.33416.213724.0&pvid=5300df3f-3bdb-4372-980e-7b4334dae98d&_t=gps-id:pcDetailBottomMoreOtherSeller,scm-url:1007.33416.213724.0,pvid:5300df3f-3bdb-4372-980e-7b4334dae98d,tpp_buckets:668%230%23131923%2382_668%23888%233325%239_23416%230%23213724%230_23416%234721%2321967%2384_23416%234722%2321972%237_668%232846%238109%231935_668%235811%2327185%2370_668%232717%237565%23783_668%231000022185%231000066058%230_668%233422%2315392%23359_4452%230%23214000%230_4452%233474%2316498%23707_4452%234862%2324463%23869_4452%233098%239624%23964_4452%235108%2323442%23438_4452%233564%2316062%23523) or this (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002104572465.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.63916ee7dPSERL&algo_pvid=85792938-b3c1-459b-bae7-c5458b17d383&algo_expid=85792938-b3c1-459b-bae7-c5458b17d383-0&btsid=0bb0623b16207839924118039e9d3c&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_). I can't vouch for either as I haven't used them although I'm planning to buy one to do the same thing.

I just used a 1/2" extension and a hammer to get the old bearings out, and a big enough socket to get the new bearings in.
-
When nothing else is available, a flat screw driver or a 8mm Hex key and a hammer can do the job too.
Just hit gently over the whole circumference of the bearing.
If the bearings is too far, it may disassemble(with a press too), leaving the outer race only in the frame.
Although more challenging a hammer with a flat screw driver can get it out.

some WD40 also is very helpfull

Thanks fellas. Bb86 is the same size as bb386 right?
-
Nope, BB86 is 41mm frame diameter for 24mm crank axles, BB386 is 46mm frame diameter for 30mm crank axles.
