Absolutely not erg mode, just a set, constant resistance

Thank you my friend

Hey guys how do you check pm with your indoor trainer, U use Erg for that? When I put my bike on my wahoo kicker in ERG training mode the magene pm shows around 10-15 watts less then kickr - so I need to put power slope in magene app at 105%. When I use it in normal mode then difference is not that big and power slope is around 102%. This is my first power meter and it is strange to me as all the reviews online say that pes p505 pm crankset is spot on. Any ideas what should I do? I did 5 spin backwards before measuring ofcourse.

I don't know about resale value... I expect the resale value of my 500EUR china frames to be 0 in every color...

Resale value of 500$ Chinese frame LMAO :)

Finally assembled the bike.

Size L, weight 8.2kg naked, 8.6kg ready to ride

I had a problem with the crankset and bb (token).
The spindle was to short. The solution was to get rid of preload adjuster and just put a spacer. Will probably change the crankset for sram force wide with power meter, as the senicx one has slightly big chainline. Chainring 44t.
- Wheels from yuanan with mana rotors and gravel thundero HD tires.
- Stem deda vinci - 17 with kovcelo 40cm handlebar with little flare.
- Hoods and brakes sram rival.
- Rd sram gx with garbaruk cage from Ali which makes is as light as xx1 version.
- Cassette sram eagle xx1 10-50 and chain also xx1.
- Saddle prologo scratch5 agx.

Bike is very comfortable and stable. Feels very good on descents and single tracks. On other hands feels slower then my previous bike - specialized Diverge e5 comp aluminum. But that one was basically a road plus/endurance bikes. I also had way better shape last year. Will see how much I like this bike inf few weeks.

I use it. GX axs with senicx gr2. No problem whatsoever.

I changed recently the chainring to a pass quest just because of the looks, but the senicx was fine with a SRAM chain

What bottom bracket do u use? I had to get rid of preload ring to fit on my bb. Also the chainline is too far out imo. Would need a chainring with offset I think

If you haven't bought your crankset yet I could sell you mine. I picked up a force carbon crankset with power meter for cheap so I planned to switch it out. My Senicx is 175mm arms and 42t chainring.

What bottom bracket did u use senicx with? I have a problem that mine does not spin freely. I have t47 86.5mm dub bb https://sklep.token-polska.pl/bootom-bracket-bb47v29-p-378.html. I installed gr2 crankset but if I tight it it does not spin. This is the best I can get before it goes loose. But this is for sure not torqued to specified nm for sure. Any solution for this? Is it possible that crank spindle is too short for this bottom bracket?

Well i've been so excited on the last weeks of riding that i forgot to post some pictures of my completed project......

Hello can u tell me what cranks and bottom bracket did u use for your build?

Did anyone tried those MCELO handlebars? I am looking for something with -17 degree stem to lower my stack on a Gravel bike. The seller told me that this one is -16. But you know don't know if can be trusted. On the auction of the mcelo frame on the bike pictures it does not look that steep but on drawings it says - 16. Funny that they don't inlcude those drawings with angle on handlebar auction.

Would be cool if someone here used it and can tell something about them.

Weird website. No address or any actual hint as to what name the company is registered under, right? Also, I’m pretty sure those pics from a B2B show floor in Germany are the same as on the Yishun website. Either they are in some way connected to them or they just straight up snatched them from their site. Also, the pricing seems just a little bit too good to be true? Like I said, I can still find this store on Aliexpress. An Ostro copy sells for barely more than 500EUR painted which is crazy cheap. Too good to be true?

We site address was sent to me by Taiwan factory story when they where still on alix

Taiwan factory store is no more on AliExpress from what I can see. But they still online here:

Cyclocross Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: Which gravel wheels?
« on: November 22, 2023, 10:00:27 AM »
I ordered my gravel wheels directly from OEM factory - yuanan. Contact person is Leon Hu. I asked for the custom build and I am very satisfied.

35mm deep, 25mm internal, pillar 1420, 36t ratchet hub - weight 1430g.

Nothing can't beat them at 500$ price point.

I snagged this wheelset for a whooping 444€ including "tax-prepaid" shipping to Germany, in the 50mm variant, 21mm internal, but I asked for no decals.

I am now debating on which tire width to get. I will get a GP5000 non TL (with 19g TPU tubes), but the question is wether to get 25mm vs 28mm.

I have always had 25mm GP5000 tires and they measure about 28mm on my current wheels with 20.5mm internal width.

Has anyone tried GP5000 in 28 mm on these rims? How is the tire-rim interface? I always hear about the comfort (which I don't need probably), but I fear that they would bulge up on the 21mm internal rims and be even wider than the rim, "ruining" the aero benefits...

First of all you gotta chill with this aero effect. It's so little that we can clearly call it non existing. Gp5000 will measure around 30mm on this wheelsets and be perfectly fine. Remember that larger tire gives you better traction, it's not only comfort.

I agree. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But to me this looks like Homer Simpson’s idea of an aero bike.

This bike is so ugly and such a wannabe aero race bike, that it reminds me of a guy who did put a Ferrari sticker on his Fiat coupe. This is what this bike is, a fake aero Superbike with not even fake Ferrari sticker on it.
