I couldn't finishing get everything put onto the bike on my break and had to finish it off at the end of the day. Really happy with how the bike came out. It weights about 10.4kg in total so not unhappy with that. Sub 10kg would be possible by replacing saddle, grips and bars for carbon. In fact, I intend to get carbon bars anyway but not yet. I will also replace as many bolts with Ti as possible. I just want the bike to be as corrosion resistant as possible since I am committing this to be my last bike for some time (he says!)

The fork steerer could be trimmed a smidge. I rode the bike home and back to work today. Only about 30 miles total. I have to say everything feels great. The frame is solid and the 34.9mm ISP is not as unforgiving as I had expected it to be!

I have not ridden non-lefty suspension fork for years and its odd - my balance feels slightly off. On the second ride, I didn't have the feeling nearly as much as the first ride. The geometry was meant to be an exact copy of the Cannondale Flash but i am running a 100mm stem instead of 110mm and the axle to crown on the Flash was a little shorter than this bike so my position feels a bit different but certainly not uncomfortable.

As with all builds, I need to make a few tweeks. Saddle nose needs to come up a degree or two and the saddle needs to come back a tiny bit too. I think I could also trim another 10mm off the ISP so that I have adjustment. I cut it perfectly and with the seatpost topped bottomed out my position is correct but it means I can only increase the saddle height from here and cannot lower it at all.

I will also get a carbon rigid fork at some point. I don't ride off road nearly as much as I should and when I do, even on rigid forks, i'm alright. Plus it'll lightly the bike up a chunk for commuting and nipping around the New Forest.

I've not had good luck with bike frames. 5 of my last 6 have cracked or snapped so I am hoping for better news here. I suppose there is always a gamble when buying something which will be hard to warrant, purely based on distances involved. However, my experience with Titan have been great and hopefully the only thing that goes wrong with this bike will be due to an accident instead of workmanship.

My KCNC ISP topper arrived on wednesday so on my break I got to work building up the bike.

Getting there! Brake hoses defo need shortening at some point.

I took a long time measuring the cut in the seat tube. My topper only has 20mm of adjustment so definitely didn't want to take too much off! I had to cut 65.5mm off.

Had a hard gravel race here 150k and had a little play in the headset again after riding. Maybe I'll need to replace those bearings to, can get it fine on the stand and soft roads. But hard races makes play return :s

Yea, I had the same reaction as you guys to that thread. Maybe one useful post for every 10 petty arguments about various things.

Just looking at the bike itself, it looks well made. I can't say I have any experience with Seka but the details look great and it's a really nice finishing kit they're including. I am always wary about aero claims and honestly don't really put much weight into them after seeing that Cade video where there was like 5W between the Foil and Addict in real world riding conditions. Arguing over 1-2W in test conditions just seems silly. But the weight is nice if true.

My big question is the price. I know it's not an open mold frame but it's still a tough ask for what they're charging (I think around $2,000 USD). Like I said, I'm not experienced with Seka but I think they're going to have a hard time selling them in the US for that price without years of quality behind them. This isn't saying they're not quality, more that they don't have the well known name. Winspace charges similar and has a pretty good following after years of putting out quality bikes. But even still, they are a tough sell to a lot of people who don't want to spend $1,500 on a Chinese frame. I think Bross is in the same boat, albeit they can throw the Cube name around to show they make quality bikes.

Either way, I'm interested to hear how it rides. The integrated cockpit looks really nice and I'd almost be tempted to pick one up for a different bike if the price is right. Maybe not the best name (I know it's a sword but it's still going to have a connotation that's not great) but the size options are great.

Also, anybody else getting Red Bull vibes from the special edition paint job?
Before factor opened a new factory in Taiwan, Seka and Factor were made in the same factory I think.

Where to buy ?

The other clones on Ali I have found have BB68, max tire size of 42mm and not internal cables.
You can order through email for now.

CS-GR01 frame has T47 bottom bracket. And max tire size is 700*50C.

You could have a bad 12 speed cassette. I would try another 12 speed cassette if possible, do a hard reset on the groupset and see if that will help. If it shifts an 11 speed cassette fine, it should work fine for 12 speed.  Something tells me the issue must be hardware related. So you'll have to do your best to narrow down the possibilities.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, it is working!!  A combination of doing the factory reset via the app and performing the calibration again was the trick.  Speaking of hinky cassettes, I think both of my Ultegra cassettes are weird in different places.  I get some chattering in a couple of places on one and the other has a bad tooth on the 16 cog that needs some shaving, but other than that, I can shift equally well on ER9 and Ultegra.
