Oh Aliexpress...it's like you're always reading my mind. Look at what I saw earlier today: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256804206370295.html?spm=a2g0o.ppclist.product.14.6a719ofP9ofPRJ&pdp_npi=2%40dis%21USD%21US%20%2445.00%21US%20%2445.00%21%21%21%21%21%402101c84a16633692840361885e4ea8%2112000029019108399%21btf&_t=pvid:35417b01-aae9-49ea-ba7d-8fad668d4c26&afTraceInfo=1005004392685047__pc__pcBridgePPC__xxxxxx__1663369284

I've always wanted to try the Paul Klampers...are they as magical as the tales tell? At $200+ a pop that would be a very expensive experiment.
But now that I've found these...oh man. Time to build a new gravel bike?  ;D

Hi y'all,

Looking to dial in my fit and a shorter reach bar/stem combo is in order. I'm currently using an integrated aero handlebar and like this setup, but I'm leaving open the possibility of using a separate aero bar and stem with internal routing. For those who run this kind of cockpit setup, what are you using for a computer mount?

Since the handlebar clamp style of mount won't be an option with many aero bars, I'm left wondering what are some of the nicer options for the stem bolt variety of mounts. If y'all have any suggestions I would really appreciate it!

Sales & Classifieds / SOLD SRAM/Sensah Empire Groupset
« on: August 24, 2022, 07:10:27 PM »
Hello!
I have a Sensah Empire and SRAM hybrid groupset up for sale or trade. I have two Sensah sets and only need one as "backup", so I'm listing the nicer (basically new) set along with some upgraded SRAM components.

Includes all the original Sensah Empire parts: Shifters, front and rear derailleurs
Also included is a SRAM Force 22 front derailleur and a SRAM Rival 1130 11-32t cassette.

The Sensah groupset runs well as is, but shifts many times better with the Force front derailleur. The SRAM cassette is also much nicer than the what you can get directly from Sensah.

The Sensah components were ridden maybe 5 times. It was the groupset used to build up my girlfriend's new bike. She quickly decided front shifting wasn't for her and we just switched it all out for a 1x groupset. The SRAM components were on the same bike for maybe two rides, but previously on one of my bikes before that and were gently used, still in excellent condition.

Looking for $185 for the whole lot. Open to trades! SOLD, thanks!

Hey everyone,

Happy Monday  ;D
I'm sitting here at my desk on my lunch break, eating some yummy bibimbap and browsing AliX for stuff I don't need and came across the frame you see in the photo below.
Now, the frame is just an SL7 copy and not what interests me. What really caught my eye is that paint job...gloss red fade to matte black. Wow. How?? I can't stop looking at it and would love to replicate something similar on one of my frames, but with a different gloss color.
How would y'all achieve this finish? What comes to my mind is a matte black base then the red done with a single stage gloss paint and faded carefully...surely there's more to this kind of two tone job. How would y'all go about it?

Sales & Classifieds / SOLD: SRAM Force 1 Groupset
« on: August 22, 2022, 12:07:54 PM »
Hello!
I have some more stuff I need to unload in order to finance a new build project ;D

SRAM Force 1 groupset up for sale. All components are in very good condition. It's currently set up for a road bike/gravel race oriented build with a 50 tooth chainring but I can swap it for a 40 tooth ring if you prefer a more traditional gravel setup.
Includes:

Force 1 shifters with hydraulic disc brakes
Force flat mount calipers, adapters and cut hoses included.
Force 1 Type 3 derailleur
Force 1 11-42 cassette
Rival crankset, BB30 with 172.5 crank arms and 50t chainring. 40t chainring available if you prefer.

As I mentioned, selling off to finance a new road bike build but I'm happy to talk about potential trades for other components.
Looking for $500 USD. I'll ship just about anywhere :) SOLD. Thanks!

Hi, y'all.
I have a mini group for a SRAM AXS mullet build sitting around. Upon the inquiry of a fellow forum member, I figured I should probably sell this in order to finance some more cool bike parts  ;)
I've listed it elsewhere on the net, but figured the folks at my favorite bike related Internet space might be interested as well.
Apologies if SRAM, Shimano, etc...isn't allowed to be listed on here, please do tell and I will remove promptly. :)

The set includes:

SRAM Force AXS shifters
SRAM Force AXS flat mount brake calipers, cut hoses and pads

SRAM Eagle XX1 AXS 12 speed rear derailleur with battery SOLD

You can see photos of everything here on Google drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FtoDZzv3uD-RYxQSch3OtYyKwbYt5d-r?usp=sharing
Also included in the link above is a short video demonstrating shifting functionality.

Everything included works perfectly. The derailleur and shifters are paired and shift flawlessly. Includes battery but no charger.

The shifters have obvious wear, scratches and scuffs. Involved in a fall of course, but I can assure you functionality is perfect. Please review the photos carefully and ask me all about the wear. Happy to provide more photos.

These have been sitting in the closet since coming to my possession. I don't see myself using this set any time soon...I picked them up used (obviously) on a whim when the opportunity presented itself just because it was a good deal, and I figured SRAM AXS components are dope and I'll get around to using them eventually. Well, I didn't.

Looking for $850, which is what I paid for everything. $420 for shifter/brake set including shipping in the US
I'm primarily looking to sell so I can start a new project, but also interested in trades, mainly for road bike wheelsets atm! But I'll consider just about any other cool bike stuff! What do you got??
SOLD

I'll ship just about anywhere. We'll figure it out.
