Title: What is this paint job?

Does anyone know how to describe the paint job used on Tarmac SL 7 pro bikes (Quick Step and SD Works)? It looks like a chameleon, but the effect is very different in real life.

Looks like a matte blue chameleon paint. Someone on the forums had something similar to this done by velobuild.

Yeah, seems like it's a chameleon blue, but not a full opaque layer of it, so the black base shines through.
