Re: Carbonda Gravel Carbon frame CFR707 If you look at the Giant Revolt as a comparison to the 707 in a medium, the Reach is almost the same (3mm longer on the 707) but the Stack is lower on the 707 by about 11mm. I am 175 with roughly the same inseam and I think the 707 is a perfect fit in a Medium for me with a 90mm stem. I would even go for an 80mm, but not for the length, just to try the ride dynamics. I think if you ride a 56 Tarmac with a 90mm stem, then a 707 with a 90mm would be fine.

As far as cost is concerned. I think I paid about $1700 for both a 707 and 1056 painted and shipped to the UK during 2021 (so around C19 times when things were pricey). For me that was worth it for two decent bikes but you might disagree. I really like them both. The paint work is a bit 'meh' on the 1056 but I'm going to have that repainted anyway.

Re: AXS Batteries I bought some from the RRskit brand.
The battery of the rear derailleur lasted 450 km until the LED flashes red.

The front derailleur has lasted 900km and is still green.

I paid €15.11 per battery in December 2023. This is no longer so cheap, but the price is between 20-25€.

Re: Spcycle New Mold G068 Carbon Gravel Frame I agree on a need for 50mm tires.  This frame looks like it could be used for bikepacking/touring with the placement of all the threaded bosses.  I wonder if someone will make a gravel geometry hybrid frame that can fit boost/148 rear wheels, and 110 front hubs.   (I suppose the rear frame geometry is too short to accommodate a 148 wide rear triangle and either a 73 or 83mm wide bottom bracket.)

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
I've broken chains but never a quick link of any brand or type. I reuse them without any second thought until I retire the chain.

If I break a quicklink tomorrow I'll be singing a different tune!

Same here I've only broken chains, but I've never broken a quick link be it Shimano or even the cheap ones. The SUMC and Rider Ace quick links can be bought in bulk. They seem to have a shorter use life, but you can have like 50 of them for not much money.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! +1 for riderace. I have that 5 pack of quick links for 11s chains and using a couple. They are fine. Don't stick out or anything. To be honest I keep reusing quick links too and change them only when I get a feel that they are too loose. Yet to break one.
