Yesterday I visited a Storck bike store and the salesman introduced me to the "Zeitjaeger", amazing!!!

I'm just wondering if it's possible to install a 11-36 rear cassette and a 53-39 front crank with the Sensah Empire GS rear derailleur, does anyone have any experience with this?
