Re: Airwolf / YFM026 boost / santa cruz highball
Yes this is an XL frame, and it measures 47cm from the center of the crank spindle to the top of the top tube.
Thank you!

Re: Carbonda fm936 Thoughts
Did anyone already run the frame with a 130mm fork. I already have a Pike Ultimate with 150mm travel which i want to use but unsure if i should go down to 120 or 130 mm.
As this frame has really low bottom bracket, so I think there will be no problems using 130mm fork. Keep in mind that in this case you'll get headtube angle about 65,5 degrees.

Re: Lexon "Riot 10"
good advice to check all of the bearings
And it also good advice to put each removed bearing on some shaft, install this shaft into cordless screwdriver or drill or whatever you have, and rotate for a few second. Bearings normally are filled with grease to not more than 30% and in production process grease applied locally, so some balls inside the bearing are not covered with grease. And as bearings in suspension pivots never get even one full turn, rotating them before assembling helps to spread the grease inside them.

Re: Looking for a new Full Suspension XC bike - Please explain "New Geometry"
I was thinking of the following bikes. The Lexon Riot 10 , The Trifox MFM 100 or the Carbonda FM 936.
From those three only Carbonda have definitely modern geometry and Trifox seems to be new-ish. Keep in mind that new geometry assumes using dropper seatpost, short (really short, 35-50mm) stem due to long reach and shorter cranks due to lower bottom bracket. And yep, Carbonda is not a frame for pure XC racing bike, it is frame for downcountry bike - a class that sits in between xc and trail nowadays.

Re: FS830 Enduro Frame - Stef Biggel’s build
I had a longer ride today round the valley.
What are your impressions about crankset you are using on this bike? As I see this is Fovno Goblin cranks (http://www.fovno.com/product/cranksets/goblin-crankset/) with some different "branding". Does these cranks stiff enough? Haven't you got any problems with main screws which connecting crank arms to the axle?

Re: Koozer custom wheelset Just FYI: now I'm building quite similar wheelset instead of buying finished product. I'm using Duroc 30 rims, ARC mt009 hubs (they are boost and have nearly the same weight as Koozer 390, but a bit cheaper), Sapim D-light spokes and CN alu nipples. All parts were bought on Ali (with coupons of course) and total cost is about €195 including work of wheelbuilder. Total weight of wheelset (without rim tape and tubeless valves) will be about 1760 grams.

Re: Chinese cycling clothes
Don't think I've ever seen good mtb clothing on Aliexpress to be honest.
This confirms my observations

But I'm an XC bro so the spandex is ok for me.
I'm an XC bro also, but now just want to find some more appropriate apparel for trailriding and bike park days. Spandex/lycra with knee pads looks at least strange :)

Re: Carbonda fm936 Thoughts
I am curious how the sroad (is it sroad?) cassette will work. I think about it too. I have used up gx casette need to be replaced.
Yep, it's sroad 10-50T. I suppose it to be at least better than ztto 9-50T, but I'll give feedback about how it works not earlier than late spring - here in north-west Russia there are too much snow to test it properly now.

Re: Carbonda fm936 Thoughts
Any thoughts or practical experience from the peanut gallery?
After quick check I suggest you L. With 120mm fork your reach will be 491, not 500. And I recommend you to use following link and check if you will be able to get nearly the same RAD and seated fit (distance from saddle to grips) as on your Norco on L sized Carbonda frame even with 35 mm stem:
