29+ & 27+ / 27,5+ 3.0" frame - does it fit?

Hi,
I'm planning a 27.5+ build with 3.0" tires. Most carbon frames on aliexpress are made for smaller tires.
Now I found the "Trident Thrust MF-01": https://www.aliexpress.com/item/THRUST-Carbon-Frame-29er-Carbon-Fiber-T1000-UD-Black-Super-Light-Mountain-Bike-Carbon-mtb-Frame/32890388014.html
The offer says that 3,1" tires will fit. Since the chainstays do not look very wide on the pictures, I sent a message to the seller and asked, if wide tires really fit. He confirmed that 29" 3.1" will fit.
I'm still not really convinced Has anyone this frame and can say somethin about the space between the chainstays and seatstays?
Or does anyone know a "not-so-expensive" frame that can take 27.5+ 3.0" tires?
Thanks
