Dear All:
I am eddy the sales manager from Haideli.
By over serveral months efforts, the frame FS-AM831 all mountain frame being done.
We have made many tests ensure that in high quality and without issues.
Now being shipped to the customers, on the April and May we have made a groupbuy for the mold FS-AM831.
Some of you in Chinertown got the order and some missed it.
Do not worried, the New Groupbuy 30sets order being started.
First, we are really thanks for all the supporting and understanding of our working and goods.
Due to your help and patient, the frame finally being done, attached some customized painting for your reference.
The new groupbuy order price is USD679/set not included shipping fee.
Customized color and logo available.
For the shipping, we got Hong Kong Post(HKEMS), Some europe contry free tax shipping way (WXY), expressing shipping like DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
And payment for paypal, Banktransfer, Visa accepted.

Hi Eddy,
I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of editing your thread title to add the "B" designation to this group buy and did the same to the first group buy but added the designation of "A".
This is just a suggestion, but to avoid confusion, perhaps the group buys could be referred to as "831-A", "831-B", "831-C", etc. And if there is a group buy for a different frame in the future, then just use the same naming scheme but with that frame's model number. Example: "P9-A", "P9-B", etc.
As always, open to suggestions/better ideas.

I'm still confused if it's going to be 150mm or 160mm front travel. I thought it was decided it was 150mm, but in Eddy's own post it says 160mm front travel. I'm ready to pull the trigger on a fork, but not sure what travel to order.

Orange and silver looks like a test frame. The linkage is a development piece.

Oh get over yourself. We get it, you're not impressed.
No need to be a troll and thread crap in a vendor's thread. I'll add that this particular vendor is the only one that was willing to do this deal for the forum and at a much cheaper price.
The built out bikes aren't any different than most of the built out Chiners I've seen. It's not how I want mine built out, but that's why I ordered just the frame.
I'm sure Eddy would appreciate constructive feedback, constructive being the key.

I also like how he completly ignores the other pictures of production frames and nit picks the one picture of what clearly looks like a test frame.

All fair enough, I didn't intend for that but in retrospect did deserve it.
I inquired about this frame, I was a potential customer, I still might be down the road but waiting on the M930, M940 and FM1003 frames to be available in small as these suit my travel/shock specs and usage better.
I have no problem with developing a product and its great whats coming out, however, many of the vendors here have evidently struggled with hardware and hardware fitment being a weak point in their production models across many of their frames. There is a UK shop trialing the FM936 but producing their own pivot hardware to make it a viable option to their customers and we also see Evolve going the cascade route and apparently producing their own linkage for the p9.
To include this one specific picture does nothing to bringing these vendors into a more polished light when they are already challenged enough with their lack of customer direct service skills through both the language, cultural and experience barriers.
Its a negative marketing image that should've been omitted, that's my issue. I mean we've certainly seen some "interesting" chiner full builds that have been put together by the end user that wont float everyone boat.
Eddy has every opportunity to respond to the question posed or other questions posted previously r.e. specific hardware sizes, confirmed need for a crown spacer. Consider that due to its close copy nature, its unlikely that there will be any commercial bulk orders of this frame and Chinertown readers will likely make up a significant portion of the customers for this frame.
For constructive criticism, Can I suggest that Haideli's team pay more attention to the details on what they are producing and how they market it.

Another picture, the color is hard to capture. Now with thru axel. I think it took 4-5 weeks from payment to deliovery.

Not really. With this platform +/-10mm is not that significant.

Things are slowly going forward. Installed the fork, Rock Shox Yari with a Brand X headset and a OneUp Components EDC Lite Multi-Tool. The steem is a e*thirteen Base 35 Stem.
Its soon time to start putting brakes, wires and wheels on the bike.

haha, Stefan have you learnt nothing? Run your hoses and outers before you do BB and fork, it is so much easier when you have the additional access.

We also found that JJJ have the idea of the bolts to solve the problem, really thanks for his help and effort.
But that's would not be our solution and cannot ensure it would be works.
