Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Aeroframe for 1,96cm tall rider (6fot 5inch)

Hi Everybody
I´m kinda looking to build a aero road bike with integrated cabling and 60´ish mm deep disc wheels.
Being tall, I find many of the Chiners too small for my liking. I’m all “legs” so seattube length is always an issue.
Currently looking at Velobuild VBR-99 – but is it big enough……I just don´t know..
Are there any tall riders out there with experience on chiner aero frame ??

My only issue is the 1 1/8" top bearing for the headset - it does not fit really well (it´s loose). Bottom bearing 1,5" fitted fine, only the top is causing problems.
