Hey guys, just wondering if you have any Chinese flat pedal recommendations? I like a bigger pedal, preferably aluminium but not that bothered.

I've used Fooker (Raceface chester knock offs) and they were great. Fooker also makes aluminum pedals, but I can't give personal experience on them. Amazon reviews are pretty good.

Thank you I'll have a look at those fooking pedals
Having looked at EU Amazon they are actually the same price or more expensive than real Chester's

I have a pair of ROCKBROS nylon flags that I don't recommend. They developed some bushing play after not very many miles. Still usable but one makes a clicking sound more.

The Rockbros that look like the Oneup pedals have done well for me. QC in assembly isn't that great. Before install take them apart and make sure the nut is on the axle properly / regrease.

Yep - those are the ones. Amazon often has them for the same price as Ali

Oh wow. Thats wild. The fookers are $26 and Chesters $49 stateside. Definitely wouldn't pay over $30 for fookers.

Ordered these, but still haven't tested them:

Moderately good for the money, but they need to be reassembled with lighter grease and side spikes should be fixed with nuts or changed to shorter studs screwed each opposite other.

I've been using these https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001871077322.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.6bd41802bm6Ht7 chester reps for two years now. Lots of pedal strikes and abuse and have had 0 issues.

I have a pair of these going on new build so that's good to know.
