The shifters have scratches and use marks on the blades and hood but nothing severe. They both work perfectly and clicks are snappy.

The brake calipers and derailleurs are in excellent condition. The RD has some scratches around the body. The FD is like new so are calipers. The pads are original Shimano and don't need replacing in near future. All these parts work exactly like they should.

The hoses are cut as per M sized bike and come with olives. The brakes will need bleeding after installation.

I bought these to replace Ultegra on my build. I ran them for a month and went back to Ultegra because rest of the stuff is all Ultegra.

Condition is heavy used but work perfectly. Not to mention, against what Shimano suggests the RD works just fine with 11-32 cassette without any hack. There are various scratches, marks, rubs on RD especially on the pivot that mounts to RD hangar. Having said that, it functions just as expected but is rough.

Same for FD, the inner plate has a crack on the bottom but works fine. Extremely lightweight, great way to shave off few grams from your ww build if you are into that. Even if not, these are just supremely fast shifting lightweight devices, the best that Shimano makes.

Brand new out of the box but never actually used. These were ordered before I received the frame and combined with TRP post mount calipers they were too big to fit in rear triangle of the frame.

Allows you to use post mount calipers on flat mount fork/frame. 160mm front and 140 rear. They retail for $13 and $16 each.
