Re: Yuanan Carbon fiber wheelsets Year end discount promotion @Leon
I often think about the quote I was given 2 years ago for 2 wheelsets but I was quoted 160usd shipping for 2 cartons, is there a way you could combine shipping in the same box? I'm willing to wait longer if it means lower shipping cost

Additionally, when is typically the biggest sale of the year for yuanan? Is there a discount on all products or only a select few

Re: GCN just reviewed Sava i hope that thing doesn't take off (metaphorically). this should remain nothing but a concept bike imo
integrated handlebars is one thing, STI is another, but a whole proprietary fork+handlebars combo? we need to go back. maybe not to downtube friction shifters but what's next? onepiece frame and seatpost? oh wait. shifters welded to handlebars from the factory, claiming a 40% stiffness improvement? this whole thing is ridiculous, convenience and fit be damned. it's probably not even faster

Re: Where are the best online places you've found for OEM parts? You're going to have to be a little more specific. Overseas means nothing to us since we don't know what continent you're in, we have people from every continent posting
Quality brand name is also quite vague. We're on chinertown, many of us would call 9velo/ZTTO/elita one/magene reputable or quality brands. Do you mean western as in prologo, SMP or san marco?
We have threads to discuss saddles and handlebars and the tldr seems to be that "the one" clones are the best value handlebars at a budget and saddles to be too personal so it's best you take measurements and see what fits among the recommendations

Re: In-frame triangle storage box ala Speedmax Bumping this thread because I found a company with some very interesting concepts
https://www.on-lynecomponents.com/collections/the-holy-rail/products/holy-rail-triangle-box-kit

I don't think they quite make exactly what I want but a modular slider rail is a very interesting idea to me. Maybe as an intermediate DIY product this could be exactly what we were looking for

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
What is the exact problem of ice tech rotors?
They have a huge tendency to warp, sometimes out of the box brand new. Supposedly the steel-aluminum sandwich is also not the best at dissipating heat or something. They're pretty though

Re: LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets
After ride number 5 where the shifters stopped working, I have finally reached the point of permanently moving forward. Is there a way to use parts (such as the breaking calipers) in a shimano groupset?
Yes, the brake calipers use BH59 and mineral oil same as shimano, you can use them with shimano shifters
The battery, derailleurs and shifters however you can't reuse, they are a package deal

Re: LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets Wonder how eGR will be charged if it gets redesigned since there's no FD. Not very streamlinely of them

Re: LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets
Hello,
I realized yesterday, watching TraceVelo video about bike rack, he is testing the eRx blue edition. Were checking videos and shorts (to know from when) but he did not mention anything about it. He will want to make a good evaluation before giving an opinion.
Greetings!!
His is eRX "blue" "v1". A revision but not the latest Joe showed with usb c
