Wow... Beautiful !!
But most importantly, is the rider happy ?  8)

I see you got those AliExpress speedplay pedals,How'd you find them? I had take mine off, found them an absolute nightmare to get clipped into

I tried and it didn't work for me either.
I've read the cleats need to be perfectly flat, but I didn't try again.
I look forward to his reply too.

I did participate to the Grand Rallye VTT Transverdon in France with my FM-936.
80 riders, 5 days, moving camping, 16 descents, 6000m climbing and 8000 descending.

Here's my FM-936 put on steroid for the occasion, 36mm rims, Magic Mary in front and Hans Dampf in the back( wanted Maxxis like everyone else, but didn't find in stock ).
203mm/180mm disc rotors.

The bike and myself survived!
It was clearly out of our league, but I improved day by day.
I lost one pivot screw, a zip kept the pivot in place. I should have lock threaded them all...
Broke my GPS mount at the first crash( crashed 3x ).
And bent the hanger twice and put it back straight.

So if someone doubt over the solidity of this frame, don't !

I'm afraid I will need a FM1166 for the future  ::)

Did they not update the 11-speed too? I'd prefer 11-speed over 12-speed, mainly for compatibility reasons.

That is the general message available. They learned and replaced the weak part.
To be sure ask the seller where you buy.

I'm looking forward for this mount, as it changes the game, well a little.
But when an hydro brakes group arrives this will be something.

End of the month, I'm building a 2x and will report.
So far the unmounted components look great.

...Anyone had the same experience?

Yes, I did with the original hanger.
I noticed it was pivoting around the screw, moving the bolt a little down, and preventing the axle to be screwed in.

Received new wheels today - Elite Wheels BWT Disc...

What is the offered advantage of that rim shape?

I've just received two frame boxes that were sent the 28th of June too.
Next time, try to get this one :)

I ordered in June they said mid july shipping, I am afraid it is not going to happen. I will write them after 15th.
Can we recap here everybody order date and promised shipping date?

Based on my past experiences with them, Haideli is a serious company.
Just realize it is not a usual LBS, you are your own importer, and delays may happen.
Especially with the cycling market still under tension.
Add to this the cultural difference that Chinese people will prefer to avoid direct confrontation in case of trouble, making it more opaque for us than it could be.
Just relax, and wait a little more, you'll get the frames.

There is a shop near me that does carbon repair and can do x-ray service on frames (spyder composites). I am thinking about reaching out to them for a quote on an X-ray and, depending on price, getting the scan done on the frame when I receive it and sharing the results here to give us all a better idea of the integrity of the frame before we all send it on the trails. Let me guys know what you think, and whether or not it would be completely unnecessary or useless and something I should just not do.

This may be only about your own frame,
If it  is good, it doesn't mean all are good.
And if it has a defect, it doesn't mean all have it either.
I would save this money on some shiny components :)

When nothing else is available, a flat screw driver or a 8mm Hex key and a hammer can do the job too.
Just hit gently over the whole circumference of the bearing.

If the bearings is too far, it may disassemble(with a press too), leaving the outer race only in the frame.
Although more challenging a hammer with a flat screw driver can get it out.

What is this intriguing bottle ?
Isn't it too hard to pump up water from that low ?

Build finished. Need some more adjustment at the shift but it seems to work well. I had just few rides but I'm very happy with it.
Isn't the rear brake a flat mount ? It looks post mount on the picture.
