Re: TPU vs Latex innertube Advantages of inner tubes (TPU/ latex)
- lighter
- cheaper
- less of a hassle to install
- no dirty frame (sealant sprayed on your frame) when you puncture

Advantages of tubeless:
- slightly better rolling resistance
- less chance of 'fatal' punctures, but no 100 percent  guarantee for a puncture free ride

Re: Frames For Tall People With similar height (192cm, 86,3cm bb to saddle), I can recommend the following bikes by own experience :
Dengfu R12 : perfect geometry for tall riders, I even used a - 17deg stem
Ican A9: a stiff aero crit/ race bike
Adapt a-002/ Tavelo attack: currently testing this bike and so far I like it very much, a bit more compliant compared to the Ican, lighter and yet very responsive. It's just tall enough for me to still look good (not too exaggerated seatpost exposure and stem sspacers)
