Re: The Shiny New AM831 Group Buy (A) Thread! So I had an idea about what the supplier could potentially do. The design could be changed to the Santa Cruz style without changing the molds for the rear triangle. All it would need is the link to be machined in a different way and some custom hardware. With this design everything could be tightened up and the bolt would pivot and not be fixed. Sorry in advance for the shoddy MS paint work. Thoughts?

I did this also, had the old rear triangle with JJJ bolts and ordered the new triangle. It was just the rear triangle with all the hardware required for installation. Also got an extra derailleur hanger out of it.
