I believe this is the frame I would like to get from Ebay.
I would like this groups help in picking some parts.
Mainly the wheels.
I would like a 1x setup, Shimano XT, hydraulic disc brakes, Fox fork, and thru axles front and rear.

Yo Dog... I am also building this Toray T1000 frame in mint green, with a solid fork, and plan to complete with Shimano XT gears, brakes, etc. I was troubled over wheels myself, but in the meantime I bought inexpensive Shimano/Mavic wheels complete for $179 / pr at bikesdirect.com I couldn't pass up the deal. Together they are just over 9 lbs complete. Not bad for now. Maybe CF in the future.

For the wheels, id recommend sun ringle wheels. Real bang for your buck.
