Title: Carbonda FM936 OR Light carbon FS911
Post by: Andreas_SWE on September 08, 2020, 03:44:54 AM
I guess both of this frames are more or less the same quality and people seams happy with them.
But if you are unsure of which one is the best for you who should you think?

What's the benefit of each of them?
Which of them are the most capable on ruff trails and why?
I like to have fun more than me being the  fastet.
Which of them suits a 120 fork best?

Give me your thoughts so I can decide which to order :)

LCFS911 is close to scott spark with a more traditional XC geo, the FM936 and its brother the NS synonym are much more trail bike inspired XC bikes (seems the general direction). The FM936 has got geo that currently the most 'radical' compared to other 120mm/100mm frames in its class. Where this is good or bad i cannot say. My FM936 is sitting in my living room while i wait for wheels and I've never ridden any modern XC/Trail or DC full suspension.
People love the spark with Nino winning i dont know how many world cups and cape epics on it. People also love the NS Synonym https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvGL27ZgboA  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvGL27ZgboA)

Probably the FM936 because it's slacker/longer with 120mm but as I said, I haven't ridden it.

Either or, NS specs with Synonym with 120mm so it's safe for sure.

That Carbonda FM936 REALLY looks like a NS copy. Interesting frame.
