The bearings in the metal linkage attached to the rear end of the shock fell apart on me, but I cannot get them out. They seem to be welded in place without any grease. Any ideas on freeing them from this piece? Otherwise, I'll need to have them send me a new one. Also, where are people buying their replacement bearings?

I tend to order at least one or two MTB frames a year just because I love building them up. I ordered the 2023 Spirit a few weeks ago and am expecting it anyday. I'll update y'all when it arrives with some photos and do a build log.

OG-EVKIN build I did for my brother this summer. He broke his 2012 Giant TCR Advanced and just wanted to use his same components on a new frame. The frame is well built and he's been very happy with it. For the price it's hard to beat.

I've ordered a few frames from Hongfu and have not had these problems. I have usually emailed back and forth with Daisy. I actually have one on order now. My first question is always "do you have X frame in Y size in stock or will I have to wait for it?". I require the largest frames they make, which they don't seem to stock as well. My experience is they have delivered what they said and when they said. I wouldn't trash the whole company on one interaction, but take it as a lesson to get as much info as possible before giving them any money.

Vendor Discussion & Reviews / Re: Your experiences with Workswell?
« on: July 01, 2018, 08:02:42 PM »
I bought their gravel frame and had it custom painted. They were very quick to respond and the frame, fork and seatpost are all excellent. I also ordered some carbon bars from them which are very nice as well. I built it up with SRAM Rival 1x11. I also bought 650b carbon wheels from them with Novatec hubs. The bike is crazy light for a gravel bike and I frequently take it out on road rides with my group.  I'd highly recommend Workswell. Carrie is the lady that always emails me and she is super nice.
