Sales & Classifieds / 29er light bicycle wheelset
« on: November 28, 2015, 02:32:00 PM »
Hi Guys,
i have a pair of practically new 29er carbon wheels from light bicycle.  They are 30mm wide and have the 15mm thru axle up front and the 142mm thru axle out back with the sealed bearing novatec hubs.  I paid about $1000 for them and have ridden them like 4 or 5 times so they are like new.  Will sell for $600 and that includes free shipping.  Thanks for looking.
Andy.

I bought a 120mm Reba from them for dirt cheap for my build.  Unbelievable price and great service.  Highly recommend them!
Andy. :)

Looks like your seatpost is backwards? Did you know that?  Great looking bike!

I agree I think the seat stay mounted brakes just look crappy....almost like an afterthought once the frame was built.  The chain stay mounted brakes just look so much cleaner,
Andy. :)

Excellent, thanks for your input CD.  Thus is just the info I was looking for.  Ip036 a pound and a half lighter than the Scott Spark and thousands of dollars less...I love it!!
Thanks CD!

CD if you could do me a favor.  Demo the Scott Spark and see how close it is to our IP-036.  I've heard they are very similar.
Thanks!

Good job on the therapy and all CD.  Can't believe it's already been 9 wks.  So glad you're soon to be back on the bike.  Thanks for all your input in the interim while you've been sidelined.  Look forward to more as you get back in the game!

I did put on a cable lubricant when installing my r/d and remote lockout cables.  I think it was Cablemagic, lubes the cable and helps prevent corrosion.  My shifting is as smooth and accurate as the day I built the bike.

I also use cable lubricant on all my bikes.  Cuts down on friction HUGE!!!!  Highly recommended for the ultimate performance from your shift/derailleur system.

Yep CD, it's a neat looking bike.  But why not just throw some slick Hybrid tires on your IP057, lock out your fork and save yourself about $1700?
