Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
This looks more like a manufacturing defect to me. Overtightening the clamp bolts shouldn't make it break where the rail attaches to the nose of the saddle. Any chance it's new enough that you can put in a claim with the vendor and AliExpress? Between the wife, kids, and myself, we have a few generic carbon saddles in the fleet, all have been fine.
That was what I was thinking also... I did file a claim and got my money back.

Re: Custom Waltly Titanium 29er My frame rips!  I started out as a hardtail rider 20 plus years ago and it is still my favorite kind of frame to ride.  Admittedly, now that I am older, it beats me up more, but I find no other frame type as satisfying to “feel” the trail.

My frame is going on three years now, probably somewhere between 4,000 to 5,000 miles on it.  It is one of three frames I ride.I have been happy with it!

Now that I have seen the crack on yours, I will have to check over that area.  I do run a 400mm x 30.9 seatpost that snugly fits.  My first Walty frame (circa 2014) was speced for a 27.2 post, but like yours, I had to shim it. I was lucky to find an old Syncros 27.4 that fit perfectly

Re: Onirii M2 and M4 hydraulic disc brakes Hi all, just wanted to share my experience (again) on these brakes. Still on my rigid hardtail/gravel bike and loving them. Absolutely no loss of power or any other signs of fatigue after using them for quite some time now.

Last week I installed them on my XC bike aswell as on my fathers. Already the 3rd set of sram level TLM's we're trowing of the bikes to replace by these chinese brakes. The difference is huge. I now can actually stop when I want  ;D

On my rigid bike (size S) the rear brake caliper touched very slightly on my rear triangle frame. I don't have this on my XC bike (same frame but size M). So I guess that normal build people will have no issue installing them.

Will keep you guys updated if anything should break or happen. No news is good news  8)
