I've now got about 880 miles on the front 180mm rotor. Functionality is perfect, no issues there. It does have some pulsing action to it, but this isn't noticed on trails or hard braking. Main point there is don't get these for a road bike. My only other issue is that it has got a pretty good squeak high pitch squeak to it.

My verdict is that these are definitely safe and worth the money. If there is no cooling effect, at least they look cool.

Here is cheaper option. I ordered some stuff from BTLOS, but it hasn't arrived yet so I can't really comment, but many people seem to be very happy with theirs and the costumer service has been on point.

As long as you only have one chainring up front, it can be any size you want. You'll have to get a longer chain or do some quick link magic to make it work. Also, make sure a larger chainring will actually fit on your bike before you buy.

ICAN P9 would probably be a good place to start, 150 rear and could take a 160 front. The chinese santa cruz would be neat but it looks like it's going to be a while before people actually get them.

For mountain bikes there’s a smattering of different categories but they are basically dependent on the rear wheel travel. A trail bike (130-140mm rear travel) is good bet for an all rounder type bike. It just depends on what you want to do. If your trails are fairly flat you’ll have more fun on an XC bike and if you like haulin A down descents and bike park days then an Enduro bike would fit better.

I bought an M7000 drivetrain from 007Bike a while back. Its all legit, (shipped fast too) but nothing has a serial number. This is due to some sort of restriction on the Chinese selling shimano parts or something.

Hi everyone, I 'm thinking of building a chinese carbon frame. Admittedly, I'm nervous about a carbon MTB, not to mention one from a smaller chinese brand. I guess my questions are 1. What are the chances of a chinese carbon frame failing under reasonably rough trail/enduro riding and 2. Has anyone built up a P1 yet?
