At $2K plus for US customers, you're starting to compete with Canyon's base model complete 105 bikes for $2800.

A pity for their top cap...  I'm about to try the gravel version for a new build:

I used a credit card in the forward gap between cap and stem to avoid keep the cap edge parallel to the stem edge.

"Planet Cyclery" is going out of business/closing its doors.   (I presume they are another online retailer that didn't manage the past few years very well)

I spent about a 1/2 hour looking at all of their sale prices.  From my perspective, their "sale prices" are still to expensive compared to the deals I get on a regular basis through Aliexpress.

Their sister company Colorado Cyclist is doing the same, and Merlin Cycles in the UK still undercuts both of them on Shimano components.

Colorado Cyclist was great in the 80s to early 2000s with awesome mail order catalogs.

Reminder that Novatec is the "premium" brand for JoyTech. ;)

Also happy with the Kocevlo bar and the logo comes off nicely.

It's a little fiddly, but a Di2 junction box can be zip tied to the included computer mount for those not running fully internal cables.

I think Costelo used to offer electroplated (or faux electroplated) frames before they vanished as a reseller from AliExpress.

No threaded bottom bracket, but the Velobuild R-066 and OG Evkin CF-025 from it appears to be from the same mold would tick off most of your requirements-I've posted about my OG Evkin CF-025 which is almost six years old now. No issues fitting Conti GP5000 in 28c on a 19c internal rim.

Plastic headset caps (looking at you various Canyon replica integrated bars) can break under fairly low amounts of preload-helps to use a spacer and an alloy cap during initial set up.

The name play with Easton is kind of hilarious.

It would be great if Taiwan had their own premium version of Aliexpress, maybe with previous gen Merida open mold frames, as long as they had a way to keep off mainland produced product that's just been relabeled.

Hai being the German word for shark and a deli being a place where you get a sandwich in my mind always links this brand name to the Spinal Tap movie as well as Mack the Knife.

Hose routing to the levers appears to require a handlebar that supports interior routing.

As an englishly-challenged, I have to ask: I assume that "Peerage" (an actual word) becomes funny if you read it "pee rage" ... yea, it actually is pretty funny. But why is everybody giggling about "Goldix"?

Could be a fairly literal translation of their Chinese name-reminds me of a article I read about how the Chinese pay for consulting services to pick their English names to use for business, so a woman whose name in Chinese is Linden (after the tree) becomes Lindsey.

Aren't you in Germany? Back in the 90s when I was there, I replaced a lot of frame hardware with off the shelf V4A stainless steel bolts and rust was no longer a problem.
