   I am looking for a torque wrench on ALiexpress.

do you have a recommendation for a good one that is reliable ?

No recommendation other than make sure it has been calibrated. I've used cheap ones and expensive ones, and they are only good if they've been tested to be accurate.

Tektro from amazon - inexpensive and a known good source.

i bought a black lexivon from amazon, $27.

great quality and accurate, i bought the 3/8 one though so it doesnt need to be perfectly accurate, 1/4 you might run into issues, unknown to me.

This is the one I got.  Got it from a store that sells its own branded tools, although I am certain this is identical to a million others. 
Works fine?  I have not had any issues with it, not that I have any special way of calibrating it.   I should try the hanging weight method and find out
