Title: Bikes like vbr 079 and simplon pride, cervelo s5

I like the frames where the cockpit is integrated into the frame like the bikes listed above, anyone got any full internal bikes with hidden cables like those listed? I already have one with a handlebar and is integrated but i like haow the handlebars recessed and almost built into the frame.

Disc brakes are extremely preferred but this is a nice looking frame.

I wonder if these come with spacers like the s5 because id probably have to have a high seatpost.
