Title: Frame suggestion - Aero rim brake with 28c clearance

Hi guys, I need suggestions about a new frame.

I have been looking for some time after a new carbon frame with c brake rim brakes, 28c clearance and aero features.

My current options are:
Velobuild VB-R86, has direct mount brakes
Twitter thunder, c brake and aero, can't find any good reviews.

It's not aero like hongfu fm169. Vb86 has more tire clearance 28-30mm limited by brake calipers not chainstay. Fm169 max 28 very tight clearances. Vb86 is wider rounded tubes. Fm169 is narrow more rectangular tubes. Both direct mount.  I like the vb86 has 500 miles. my fm169 has over 8000. The vb86 frame is cheaper than fm169.
