I have superteam wheels I suspect are about if not the same quality as these.  Not light wheels, basic hub and bearings, braking sucks when wet. I bought these type of rims in 2016. I still have and use them for easier bulk ride miles. I've put well over 15k on them. I'd look up reviews of the powerway hubs and decide if they will work for you.  The rims are going to be harder to (dis)mount and give the tires a more light bulb shape.

Setting up tubeless is possible with the narrow inner width. I have to use an inner tube to set one sides bead. Remove tube then sealant, compressor, and other bead pops in place.
