Hi all,
firstly, I would like to thank you all for sharing your knowledge on this forum. The DIY aspect is incredibly inspiring and appealing.
Ok, now on to my question, I have been browsing the internet over the last couple of months in search of a carbon frame to build a bike myself, and I have narrowed the frame down to the following aspects:
- particular aesthetic characteristic, which is where both wheels seem to cut out a part of the frame (Cervelo S5 / Cannondale SystemSix)
- properly built
- stiff
- race geometry
- ideally with enough reviews
Does anyone know a carbon frame that captures the previously mentioned aspects? Thank you all in advance.

The Adapt FM49-DB might be what you're after!

Speeder also has this: https://www.speedercycling.com/Carbon-Road-Disc-Frameset-SC-R49D-_p399.html
But good luck getting your hands on these. They don't seem to sell single framesets to private buyers.

Yes! These look amazing and are exactly what I am looking for. Thank you.

I just received a quote for my measurements (height: 183 cm, inner leg: 88.5 cm):
"SC-R49D frame + fork + seatpost + handlebar: US$780/set
Thru axles: US$20/set
NO.55R headset: US$30/set
Shipping cost: US$120
PayPal fee: US$45
The total is US$995.
I would recommend the size 50cm, reach 397mm."
The only thing that is holding me back from pulling the trigger is a lack of information I can find on the frame, e.g. reviews / pictures.
Is Speeder Cycling a reputable brand? And do we have people here that have experience with that particular frame?

Good to know that they are selling this now without the MOQ of 10.
Price seems very reasonable.
I dont have a Speeder myself, but there a few threads on this forum. They seem to be good quality, somehow also affiliated to winspace (their OEM, idk). I would buy from them without worries.

here you can also find pictures.

That looks absolutely stunning! Joegal, thank you. :)

I think there is also the TanTan TT-x36 that could interest you.

Price dropped for the TT-X36 on AliExpress.
Ping them on their Instagram, "Rose" is very responsive and communicates well.
I have a TT-X35 in process with them, it has also been placed on sale this week and I'm going to take a swing at asking them for a small accommodation for the >$100USD price difference. Can't hurt to ask.

Hey Hubertus,
I don't own that particular frameset from Speeder but I've been riding the R48-D model which is like the Winspace SLC 2.0 and I have good feedback on it in general it's very stiff and planted.

I just preemptively ordered my group set (Ltwoo ER9) and wheels (Elite wheels Pro 55mm). After wrapping up a couple of final questions for Speeder, it seems like I have a beautiful build to do within the next couple of months.
Thank you all for the help. I will surely post pictures of the parts and complete bike.

Great to hear! Feel free to start a dedicated thread on the SC-R49D! I am sure a lot of us will be interested!

The frame has been ordered:
"The current lead times for new production are about three months, I will keep you posted then."

Did you get an Update yet? Or are you just quietly waiting until 3 months have passed? :D

I reached out to Justin last week to ask about the shipment. He responded the frame would be ready this week.
