Title: looking for wide rim brake wheels

Having trouble finding wider rim brake rims (internal width 21+ mm). Everything I'm finding that wide is disc brake only. Do these exist?

I've got some by Light Bicycle (https://www.lightbicycle.com (https://www.lightbicycle.com)/).  Really like them.  They have a textured braking surface which sounds cool and works pretty well.  And they are so fat I had to buy a newer set of calipers to clear the rims.

Light Bicycle make 21mm internal hooked or 22.5mm internal hookless rims. They are 28mm external width.

If somebody made wider internal width, the external width would be wider and then it would be a challenge to find rim brakes that work without rubbing.
