What is your experience with this seller ? (Communication, warranty, after sale, shipping,...)

They released the AM-831 mountain bike frame without proper testing and had to redesign the triangle layup and pivot design. Buyers of the 1st design had to buy the new rear triangle and were not given it for free or at much of a reduced price. I was not pleased.

Because of failure ? This defect was not covered by the warranty?

No it was a design flaw, there was excessive flex in the rear triangle, also the linkage pivot had a design flaw that needed to be changed. Not covered under "warranty".

I would love to know if they have honored the warranty on other issues on other frames...
