Title: Looking for Very Small Road Frameset

Hello,
I’m looking for a very small carbon frameset for my son. Does anyone have any recommendations for an xxs or 3xs frameset that has a short seat-tube ideally less than 40cm C-T. Rim or disc brakes is fine.

dont you want to make your life easier and get something off the shelf from the likes of decathlon, given he will soon outgrow his bike, presumably?
