I found a replica of the triathlon handlebar on aliexpress.
What do you think of it and what are the advantages over a classic system with S-bends?

That one is tricky, because the lenght is fixed, and cant be adjusted. If your arm lenght about matching to that lenght, go for it
basically the advantage of that one is lightweight (bar +armcup), and covered forearm.

I used the ProfileDesign 43asc like bar, but using the armcup that came with my bike
