Title: Is there any chance this is EPS moulded?

Hi.
Is there any chance this frame is EPS moulded? This screams old school bladder compression to me, but it's not like i'm an expert.
The seller is adamant that this is in fact EPS moulded.

I'm no carbon expert, but thats how the inside looked on my first chinese frame back in the day that used the bladder method.
