Hey gang, I had an issue with my VB-R-099 (http://www.velobuild.com/products/-123) road bike.
The old RD needed replacement, after scouring the web (and this forum) I've found a replacement but it's somewhat longer, however other users report that it worked for them.
After the replacement the RD is touching the frame which I guess is not a good idea. I tried playing with b/h screws but that's not really helping.
Is this just the wrong RD hanger or am not adjusting it right?
A few photos attached.
Thanks!

Looks like you just need to adjust B screw first and then adjust the H screw.
Look at this photo:

If that doesn't work bring it to a bike shop. If they can't do it, the hanger probably isn't a good fit.

seem a RD direct mount, you can try removing the b-link from the RD

and mount it directly to the hanger

well you have to remove the derailleur arm to install the derailleur. But, where did you get the derailleur hanger shown in the photo? Looks like a CUBE derailleur hanger.
If you need, I can give you my stock derailleur hanger in favour of yours
