Title: Aero rim brake frame with decent tire clearance?

Hey folks, I'm new here. I'm looking to replace the frame of my rim brake road bike, so I can't switch to disks yet. I need a stiff and aero crit machine. Are there any stiff aero rim brake frames which can take 30mm tires? Thank you in advance!
