lol that looks OEM AF!
Try flybike (the OEM behind carbonda). A little bird tells me they OEM for derosa (which doesnt mean ALL derosa bikes come from flybike, obviously).

There was a time in the 90s when "DeRosa" titanium frames were outsourced to Russia.
