Thinking of starting my first build, any advice on buying di2 12sd105 on AliExpress or would someone know a better source?

Shimano doesnt really sell groupsets direct, best option you have is grey market aliexpress and ebay parts. You will pay triple or more for DI2. My recommendation is just get mechanical 105 at this point, during sales I seen mini r7020 groups for sub $250 after coupons. Once we get more refined Chinese electric group sets I think that'll change.
