Title: Drilling new holes for cables

So I have a few frames now that have the cables through the headset.  I hate them more than anything and I am to a point where I am going to drill new holes to route the cables through the frame.  My question is, has anyone done this and what steps/ drill bits did you use?   Not super interested in why I should not do this, just looking for tips on how to do it best.

Awesome. Thank you.  This is exactly what I was looking for.   All the other articles were talking about drilling through plexiglass or some other random stuff.
