Title: Aliexpress dispute Process
Post by: Bigbobby1482 on March 31, 2025, 07:10:58 AM
I've recently bought a Lexon Vero handlebar in 110-38, because the other one I had in 120 was too long. However once it turned up, they sent me a 38-100, and tried to hide it by scratching the measurement text off (See pictures).
I know the measurements are correct, because I can compare with my current 120 and it indeed measures 2 cm less.

Store was: Jawbone store

I tried to dispute it with Ali, and sent them the two picture, how ever they declined and state evidence is not valid, and I need to measure it better?
Should I try to disagree and push on, or is it actually worth returning the handlebar?

Any input appriciated.

Weird, usually AliEx has been pretty good about siding with the customer on this kind of issue. I'd just push on and show an accurate measurement with a ruler or something. If they still rule against you, well that's just f**ked.

Guess I'll try and push on, and show actual picture of both. Let's see. What I find most annoying is the shop trying to hide it by scratching the sticker off... Why not just cancel it instead of shipping the wrong one.

Not the first time I'm getting rejected, last time was a obvious fake kmc chain. I even had a real one to compare, still they rejected it
