I am currently running oversized (12/14t) jockey wheels from Hope on my SRAM Red AXS (previous gen) RD. However I find alu 3rd party jockey wheels are generally very noisy compared to the nylon wheels that come as standard. Does anyone know of any 3rd party provider of nylon/delrin jockey wheels that will fit SRAM 12 speed? I can swap the bearings out if they come with rubbish ones. Thanks

I always had bad experience with cheap aluminium jockey wheels so it's a couple of years I swap to POM/PA6 (nylon) jockey wheels.
I can suggest you the ones with 2rs rubber bearing instead of ZZ metal screen bearings in order to keep the bearing sealed and longlasting. I recently bought from Aliex Fovno jw

The Fovno ones do not support SRAM Red AXS unfortunately. Not sure why.

Have not tried those myself but they are nylon and come in your sizes. They are dirt cheap so might be worth a try? The bearings will most likely be crap but you might as well test and change them if they are not holding up.
PS: lol'd real good at the £123 pulleys. Had the same thought as you when I saw them ;D

Unfortunately again I don't think these are Red AXS compatible - just going by the description which lists MTB RDs, and that suggests they are the same compatibility as the Fovno ones.

Just an FYI, I've purchased some of these cheap POM pulley wheels but the bearings were not removable. Both sides had a lip that held the bearings in place and broke when i tried to push them out. Not sure if theyre all like that but mine were.
Id personally recommend Stone pulley wheels! theyre POM too but feel better quality than the cheap ones and come with sealed NSK bearings that are replaceable
But
But not work for Sram brand road bike 12s chain axs flattop chain.
See below if you have for Shimano brand 12s road bike chain:
You have to remove the original chain quick link if you want work for shimano brand 12s road bike chain. change the quick link to any other brand quick link will works. Reason is, the original quick link for shimano 12s road bike chain is too narrow, but change to other brand 12s quick link will let it works and fit to this pulley.

I've had great luck with Fovno jockey wheels. I have several of these in various sizes.

See above, don't work with SRAM Red AXS.

Yeah, I can see that being an issue. I wasn't sure when looking at the pictures but had a slight fear that might be the case.
Are those the Stone's you mentioned?

Unfortunately, the seller states themselves that do not work for SRAM AXS flat top chains ...

You called for Delrin not for the price

I know but for £123 I'd expect them to power the bike.

Yep those are the ones. they have a few more designs too and some with narrow wide teeth but i believe they add unecessary friction and dont provide any benefit for me(my chain never drops at the derailleur). but yes, all are not compatible with Sram flat top chains.
I considered the Fovno ones too but they just too ugly in my opinion

I ended up buying a set of the solid Stone wheels after my $3 ZTTO wheel seized up after maybe 800km

"Delrin" is not an anticancer pill, it's a very common resin type called POM that cost +- 2000$ per tonne (plastic pellet) that is 2x compared to a "normal plastic" (Polipropylene or Poliethilene) rated 800/900$ per tonne
