As the most of you already know, my daugther, Luna Cnossen, is sponsored by XMCarbonSpeed. On the last picture you can see her on her bike, sponsered by Peter, on the World Cup trail in La Bress (France).
In 2015 she became a Dutch National Champion (NK) with mountain biking as youngster.
Last year, in 2016, she did it again on her XMCarbonSpeed sponsered bike.
But also she became a Dutch National Champion with cyclocross that year.
Because of her hard work and results, she's nominated as sporting talent of 2016, as well with two other kids (gym and tennis).

I'm very proud. Not on the results, it's nice, but the way she enjoy this sport .

I had the same question recently. My son is almost 11 now and still a lot slower then me (running, biking), but I really wonder how long it will take for me to fall behind. It's tough for him cause I really train hard these days :)

I can still beat my son on the bike, but part of that is because he has a crappy bike. His next one will probably be a Chiner, so I may be in trouble. On foot he's been faster than me for a few years- we did a 5k and I told him not to worry, I would stay with him. He beat me by about 3 minutes.

I feel your pain. My 8 year old is officially better than me when it comes to downhill skiing now.
