I have never used Powerway hubs. Are those hubs changeable to 15mm front and 12*142 rear?

Not everyone has thru axles, and could find this to be a great deal.
A pair of carbon rims alone is usually about $300

I did some research since weeks.
For this price we can find 1450-1550gr.
But,if someone is ok with this deal,j don't see any problem.

I never thought it could go that cheap.
Do you remember the vendor name or have a link?
I tried to find them, but can’t get lower than $360-400

And are they 35mm wide?
I'm a little skeptical that there are 1500g wheels with 35mm wide rims for under $400. I've built up some rims from Peter that were 35mm wide with CX-Ray spokes and Hope hubs that weighed 1725g. The rims were painted though so that added a bit of weight as did the Hope hubs.
Now if these hubs are convertible, then we have a winner.
