Title: Origin8 slipping... Afraid to tighten more.

I've done some searching and it seems that everyone loves this EBB (hence why I got it) but man, I can't get it to not slip. Does everyone still love this EBB? Am I just being a wuss tightening it? I don't have a torque wrench sadly.
