Wolf Tooth now offers a replacement 42 tooth ring to deal with wear on the factory version.

It's interesting, although with a 32T front ring, I don't use the 42T cog all that much to say I want a 44T or 45T.  However, if I put a 34T or 36T chainring on,  maybe the taller 44T cog would work.
