Title: smallest 27.5 full suspension frame?

This may be a tired subject; I am looking for smallest 27.5/650b full sis frame.  I can find 29" inch full sus frames that are 15.5", but nothing that small in 650B.  Does anyone know of a manufacturer supplying 15" or 15.5" frames, 27.5, dual?  My girlfriend is 5' 3" with 27.5" inseam and 21" arms, think that stock 16" frames are too big yes?  Thanks for help--

My daugther is 5' 5" and is riding a 18" CS-136 with a stem of 8cm. So, I don't think the 16" CS-156 isn't to big for her.
Maybe you can compare the geomerty of her current bike with the 16" CS-156 ?
